The three partners, principals, and friends that make up Kaegebein Fine Homebuilding started out as a dorm remodeling company while attending Florida State University in the mid 1990s. I stepped on a carpet staple and got a hole in my foot because they left it bare and uncovered. I also called them twice to fix my porch, because puddles kept on forming after rainfall.
